With Meredith, I had the opportunity to help grow subscriptions for all Meredith publications. Working with new media vehicles I built a strong customer base, drove more onsite brand engagement and increased customer retention. I tested, analyzed and upgraded email marketing campaign to coordinate with best practices and best represent the brand.
Took the initiative to launch electronic renewal and billing campaigns to increase customer pay-up and retention. The campaigns also cut expenses to maximize profit.
Collaborated with a team to test many different online payment solutions as directed by a consulting group. Developed relationships with new vendors to begin the necessary new activities and implement changes into practice.
Saw need from senior leadership and teamed up with SEO and registration to incrementally grow Family Circle Magazine subscriptions by 40,000.
